Private Lessons

Personalised Classes

Private classes are now available online and in the studio

Private tuition provides focused attention for developing your practice and is great for beginners and those with particular health requirements. It can also provide a higher level of training for intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners. I can also teach you how to establish and develop your home practice safely. I have completed specialist training courses on ‘Yoga Therapy’ and ‘Asana Adjustments’ and I can help to tailor your practice to suit your needs.

“I had always wanted to properly learn yoga but struggled with classes. Having one-to-one lessons enabled me to learn so much more… Naomi is a very experienced teacher and is very easy to get on with.  She listened to what I wanted to gain from the lessons and adapted them accordingly”.

Feedback from students

"My personal yoga lesson with Naomi was a real boost to my practice. I had a back injury to deal with and I came away feeling confident about how to protect and rehabilitate it through yoga. I have a new sense of confidence in lessons and can adapt postures where necessary. The written information that I took away has helped me to establish my own yoga practice."

"I am a pensioner trying to find a way to stay healthy other than pounding away on gym machines.  I was challenged by the practice but also fascinated and invigorated.  I started one to one sessions to better understand the purpose of specific poses and how I (with my less-than-supple and ageing body) should approach my practice.  Her support has been hugely beneficial in encouraging me to enjoy this new experience.  She is a natural teacher and shows great empathy with her pupils".
