 In Person Class Guidelines

It’s very important to us that you feel relaxed and safe whilst practicing in our class. Everyday Yoga is following the current guidelines and only allowing a limited number students in the class to allow social distancing.

Please note that the class will be streamed live online for students unable to attend in person. We will positioned the camera so that only the teacher will be visible.

Online Booking

  • All payments are now made through our online booking system. Please book online before coming to the studio.

  • Please feel free to contact me if you have any injury or medical issues prior to coming to the studio.

  • If you have booked a class and are unable to attend, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24hrs before the class. Alternatively, you can transfer to another class of the same or lower value up to 12hrs before the class. This can all be done online when you log into your account.

Coming to the Class

  • Please try to arrive 5 -10 minutes before the class.

  • Feel free to contact me for directions to the venue.

What to Bring

  • Please try to bring your own mat and any other equipment you may need. If this is not possible, you can use our mats but you will have to clean & dry them thoroughly after class.

  • Remember you can always create your own substitute props. For example, you can use a scarf instead of a yoga strap and small towel for eye pillow.

  • We recommend wearing extra layers as we will be airing the room periodically to increase ventilation. You can also bring a blanket with you for the relaxation time.

  • You might like to bring your own water bottle.

Class

  • There are currently a maximum of 8 mat spaces in the class.

  • Please be mindful to follow social distancing rules in the class.

Cleanliness

  • Please use hand sanitiser or wash your hands when you arrive.

  • If you used our equipment, please wipe them clean & dry after use, and avoid re-touching. It will also be helpful if you can wipe any surface you have touched.

Leaving the Class

  • Thank you for booking and we hope you enjoy your visit. Please feel free to make any suggestions and comments by contacting us at any time.
