Naomi is starting a new Mindfulness Meditation class at the Bristol Yoga Centre from Wednesday 2nd October 2018 from 10:00 - 11:00am. This is a donation based class and you can pay what you can afford - no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
In this class, we will practice mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga stretches, breathing techniques and relaxation. The focus will be on meditation but we use yoga techniques to learn how to sit comfortably. This is an excellent class to deepen your practice!
