My name is Naomi and I've been teaching Yoga in Bristol since 2004. I have been practicing Yoga since I was young. My mother is a yoga teacher, which created early awareness of the practice and my interest has deepened over the years.
In 2003, I decided to take a British Wheel of Yoga foundation course which led me to study for a BWY diploma in teaching yoga at the Life Centre in London. I regularly attend workshops and courses to develop my knowledge and teaching practice.
My style of teaching aims to maximise individual potential by providing a supportive and relaxing atmosphere for students of all abilities. The emphasis on body and mind awareness means that the practice will not only be safe but students will notice their development sooner.
Yoga has brought me balance and grounding both mentally and physically. It has helped me to be relaxed and focused when facing challenges. I believe that everyone can benefit from finding a practice that suits them.
